Rather Than Fruit Juice, Eat The Whole Fruit

While some fruits contain a fair amount of “sugar”, this is not the same as the table sugar you would use in your coffee, or the added sugar in any processed foods you buy. The sugar in fruit is fructose, which doesn’t have the same effect on our bodies as the glucose in table sugar or added sugar does. In addition, whole fruits contain beneficial fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients and water for hydration. Go ahead and eat them up!
