Eat The Egg Yolk.

We have all heard it before, “EGGS HAVE TOO MUCH CHOLESTEROL AND ARE BAD FOR ME.” This is just wrong. The egg whites are an excellent source of B-vitamins, protein and all the essential amino acids that our bodies require. The egg yolk provides essential fatty acids and fat-soluble nutrients. Unless you have a pre-existing cholesterol issue, eating whole eggs on a regular basis is perfectly healthy.
