Prioritize Gut Health

Have you ever experienced any of the following?

If you have, perhaps a major contributor to these issues is an imbalance in your intestinal flora, or gut microbes. Your intestinal tract is filled with billions of beneficial microbes that assist digestion, kill harmful or pathogenic infections, and help produce and/or absorb many essential vitamins and minerals. However, the health of your gut microbes can be impaired because of ill health, an unhealthy diet, heavy antibiotic use, environmental factors, and even stress. Eat clean, unrefined foods, make sure to sleep enough, eat more fermented and living foods, take a probiotic, and consume fatty acids in your diet.
