I was born in Italy and moved to the U.S at the age of 21. At the age of 24 I found my calling for personal training. I began my career as a ACE certified personal trainer, and trained in numerous gyms and country clubs in Boca Raton, Florida. In 1999, my passion for fitness and deep desire for helping others to change, enabled me to open my own facility “Hardcore Fitness”. Together with my husband, Lance Mosley, we continue to run CrossFit Hardcore, established in 2007.
I was a former fitness competitor and the founder of the world renown Teen Fitness division in the NPC (National Physique Committee). My knowledge has expanded into many subdivisions of fitness. This includes the training of professional boxers, professional bodybuilders, and many other professional athletes. Since 2009, I have been helping athletes qualify for the regional CrossFit games through customized programming, nutrition, and workouts. In 2005, I became a certified sports nutrition consultant with the AFPA, but my real nutrition background came from my mentor Gulien Gibson Serrette, a PHD neuropathic Nutritionist and Professional Athlete.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated with fitness and nutrition. When I started college, I turned my hobby into a job and became a certified personal trainer while achieving my B.S. in the Science of Dietetics and Nutrition.
Since those early days, from beginner exercisers to elite athletes, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and helped them reach their fitness, performance and weight loss goals. As a Registered Dietitian and licensed Sports Nutritionist, my goal is to use evidence based nutrition methods and scientific research to create customized nutrition programs designed to improve performance, health, fitness, or weight-loss goals. In addition to clinical nutrition and the average population, I have worked with the following: NFL, MLB, NHL, UFC, National Competition Teams, and I am currently involved in scientific research with some of the most well-known nutrition scientists in the field.
